About us

Established in 2022, Blessed to Bless Organization (B2B) is a local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Rwanda dedicated to building a society where the youth is socio-economically empowered, through enterprise and business creation.
Our beneficiary partners are mainly associations of the unemployed youth, who are mostly high school and university graduates, whom we provide with capacity building in business planning and management, as well as supporting them with financial funding to establish small businesses.

Our Vision

We envision a society where the youth is socially and economically empowered, through enterprise and business creation.

Our Mission

Blessed to Bless strives to support the youth to break the vicious circle of poverty and social exclusion by enabling them to become socially and economically empowered through supporting the creation of sustainable enterprises and businesses.

The “Blessed to Bless” Value

At Blessed to Bless, we believe that every person’s success emanates from other people’s positive role in their life, in one way or another. We, therefore, strive to build into our beneficiaries a habit of social responsibility and self-determination to contribute to a positive impact not only for themselves, but also on surrounding members of their communities or anyone worth supporting. Our beneficiaries are encouraged, as individuals or as a group, to participate or carry independent initiatives that make a difference for the betterment or the success of others through, for example, volunteer service, self-organized community works or providing any deliberate support to a community member in need. Hence, Blessed to Bless.

Our Operation and Model

Blessed to Bless implements its projects through our model called Business Modeling Facilitation Approach (BMFA). The overall goal of the BMFA program is to build successful young entrepreneurs in Rwanda; through small business creation and growth, inter alia through:
a) Capacity building in entrepreneurship, business planning and management and
b) Facilitating access to finance and business startup.

Blessed to Bless currently operates in Burera District and will gradually reach out to other districts in Rwanda.

Operating Model and BMFA Road Map

The overall partnership between Blessed to Bless and an association through the Business Modeling Facilitation Approach (BMFA) lasts for 12 months, with the first 5-6 months focusing on association building activities, capacity building sessions in entrepreneurship and business planning. During this phase, the association holds weekly meetings with B2B Business Facilitator and concludes with the association launching a business that is commonly owned by its members. The last six months of the partnership involves business incubation training sessions to equip the association members with business management skills, as well as preparing the association towards its graduation, when the association is legally registered as a cooperative or is in the process to become one.
